"Thank you so very much for assisting us with our participation in the Yorktown Festival and Street Fair.  This was our first event of this sort and your patience and expertise were extremely helpful.  The fair presented a wonderful opportunity for us to present Pillows4Patients to the community.  We were also lucky enough to meet two young children that received our pillows after having surgery at Maria Fareri Children's Hospital.

Please extend our gratitude to members of the Yorktown Chamber of Commerce for allowing us to take part in such a wonderful event.  As indicated previously, although our website includes a Scarsdale P.O. Box, we are Yorktown residents.  Due to Ashley's age, we established the mailing address in a neighboring town to protect her. We are proud to have donated over 900 pillows to local hospitals so far and believe that community support has played a huge role in our success.  Ashley hopes that each pillow will provide a sense of comfort during a child's hospital stay and serve as a token of their strength after returning home.  Together, we can make a difference! Thank you!!"

Vendors

For the event, Yorktown will close Commerce and Veteran Streets to traffic and up to 275 street vendors will transform the town into a giant mall. Continuous entertainment , starting with concerts at the field, food, and demos from our local community.

With your participation, the Yorktown Festival and Street Fair will be an even greater event this year to promote and further establish the Yorktown business community. EXHIBIT SPACE: $200
1. Spaces are 10’x10’
2. Exhibitors provide their own table, chairs, and table cloth.
3. Double spaces can be purchased for $375 (10' x 20')
Electricity is an additional fee

Certificate of insurance required listing both the Yorktown Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Yorktown Heights.
The Chamber reserves the right o deny any application.
Vendors are responsible for all and any permits that may be required

Spaces are Limited, 1st come, 1st serve (payment must accompany Agreement):
Single Space (10’x10’) for YCC MEMBERS: $200
Single Space (10’x10’) Non-MEMBERS (includes 1 year membership): $300
Single Not-for-Profit Space (10’x10’): $75
Double Space (20’x10’): $375 Members/$475 Non-Members
Triple Space (30’x10’): $550 Members/ $650 Non-Members
Rental of (1) 6’Table, (2) Chairs & (1) Table Cloth: $35

No refunds will be given after September 1, 2011

YCC reserves the right to deny any application. All spaces & sponsorships will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

The Chamber will try to accommodate location request, but can’t guarantee. Vendors are responsible for all permits (if necessary). Vendors are responsible for space clean up, or they will be charged a clean-up fee of $75.00.

As we prepare for the Fall Festival & Street Fair in October, we just wanted to remind all of the exhibitors & sponsors that the Chamber office needs your Certificate of Liability Insurance on file as soon as possible.

Please be sure to include BOTH: The Yorktown Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 632, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598, as well as The Town of Yorktown, 363 Underhill Avenue, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598 as Certificate Holders.
No refunds will be given after September 1, 2011
