For the event, Yorktown will close Commerce and Veteran Streets to traffic and over 275 street vendors will transform the town into a giant mall. Continuous entertainment , starting with concerts at the field, food, and demos from our local community.

With your participation, the Yorktown Festival and Street Fair will be an even greater event this year to promote and further establish the Yorktown business community. Single space for members: $210 (10’x10’)
Single space for Non-Members:: $350 (10’x10’)
Single Not- for Profit - $125 (10’x10’) (501c Certificate required)
Double space for Members:- $300 (10' x 20')
Double space for Non-Members:- $450 (10' x 20')

Optional: Electricity is an additional fee of $75
Rental of (1) 6’Table, (2) Chairs & (1) Table Cloth: $50

Exhibitors may provide their own table, chairs, and table cloth.

Certificate of insurance required listing both the Yorktown Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Yorktown Heights.
The Chamber reserves the right to deny any application.
Vendors are responsible for all and any permits that may be required

Spaces are Limited, 1st come, 1st serve
(payment must accompany Agreement)
Total payment due by Sept. 1

No refunds will be given after September 15, 2015

The Chamber will try to accommodate location request, but can’t guarantee. Vendors are responsible for all permits (if necessary). Vendors are responsible for space clean up, or they will be charged a clean-up fee of $75.00.

As we prepare for the Fall Festival & Street Fair in October, we just wanted to remind all of the exhibitors & sponsors that the Chamber office needs your Certificate of Liability Insurance on file as soon as possible.

Please be advised that NO RAFFLE SALES will be allowed outside of your Vendor Space, and please be sure to apply for your Raffle Permit with the Town Clerk.  If you are not a Yorktown Festival & Street Fair Vendor, please do not solicit any sales from vendors and/or attendees, or you will be asked to leave the Festival.

Please be sure to include BOTH: The Yorktown Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 632, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598, as well as The Town of Yorktown, 363 Underhill Avenue, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598 as Certificate Holders.
